Stone Aggregates

Our state of the art crushing plant is set up on a 30 acre property, located on the eastern side of ISPRL,  close to the stacks of 10 million tons of granite boulders, excavated during the Cavern project for ISPRL.

This strategic location of raw material vis-à-vis the location of crushing plant makes it possible for us to scale up the production as per the demands of the projects.

Presently the Installed capacity is 1000 TPH, comprising of one 500 TPH and two 250 TPH Metso crushers, with Each production unit having a dedicated team of professionals controlling the operations.

 With one shift of 10 hours, the output is 8000 metric tons, working at 80% efficiency, the monthly average production is 208000 metric tons.

We have provided a separate stacking area away from the main stream production area for efficient loading and transport of the finished product.

We have sea going barges, for supplies of stone aggregates and stone boulders along the west cost of India, covering markets like Mumbai, Goa, karwar, Bathkal on the north and Cochin, kottayam and Trivandrum on the south.

We can provide a separate sea going vessel for supplies of stone aggregates, and stone boulders dedicated to the needs of any Mega project along the western coast of India.
